NFTA Title VI Complaint Procedure
Any person who believes she or he has been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form. The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority investigates complaints received no more than 180 days after the alleged incident. The Authority will process complaints that are complete.

Procedimiento de queja del Título VI de la NFTA
Cualquier persona que crea que ha sido discriminada por motivos de raza, color u origen nacional por la Autoridad de Transporte de la Frontera del Niágara puede presentar una queja del Título VI completando y presentando el Formulario de Queja del Título VI de la agencia. La Autoridad de Transporte Fronterizo del Niágara investiga las quejas recibidas no más de 180 días después del presunto incidente. La Autoridad tramitará las denuncias que estén completas.
